Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Pumped Ducks! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

During new product launches, restocks, or holiday periods, processing may take a little longer. We'll always keep you posted.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected carrier.

For international orders (outside the US), customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged on delivery.

Pre-Orders

Some items are available for pre-order before they're in stock. Pre-order items may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, and the estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless you contact us to split the shipment (additional shipping fees apply).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to a re-shipping fee.
